  • 2.1 Legal Drafting: To accurately draft Sale Deeds, Mortgage Deeds, Gift Deeds, Release Deeds, Will Deeds, and Agreements of Sale.
  • 2.2 Title Verification: To conduct thorough background checks and provide legally sound Title Reports by our property legal experts.
  • 2.3 Government Registration: To book slots on the official Government Registration Portal and complete the required Sub-Registrar Office (SRO) formalities.
