Welcome to Property Registration Services. By accessing our website and booking our legal services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any payments.

1. General Service Conditions

We provide legal property registration services specifically for Non-Agricultural Properties (i.e., Residential Houses, Residential Flats, Residential Plots) located within our serviceable Sub-Registrar Offices (SROs) in Hyderabad and surrounding areas in Telangana. If any required documents are unavailable, we strongly advise you not to pay for the package.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • 2.1 Lack of Documents: If we are unable to provide the Registration Process because of a lack of documents from the user's end, we shall deduct a processing fee of ₹1,000/- and refund the remaining paid amount within 15 days of intimation of such cancellation.
  • 2.2 Title Defects: If the registration does not happen due to a defect in the property title, the company shall bear no liability and shall not refund any amount paid for the service.
  • 2.3 Title Report Specifics: For "Title Report by Property Legal Expert" services, once the documents are shared with us, there shall be no refund processed if the user wishes to withdraw.

3. Registration Slots & SRO Formalities

  • 3.1 Slot Booking: Registration Slots will be booked strictly as per the availability of slots in the Government Registration Portal.
  • 3.2 Postponements: Sometimes registrations may be postponed due to non-availability of the government server, technical glitches, or other emergencies. In any of those cases, the slots will be rebooked as per availability, and the registration shall be completed accordingly.
  • 3.3 Government Objections: For any objections raised by the Sub Registrar of the SRO or any Government Official during the registration process, the Company shall not be held responsible.

4. Stamp Duty & Additional Costs

  • 4.1 Stamp Duty: The applicable stamp duty and challan fees payable to the Government shall be paid directly by the user. Our company shall only guide the user through the process of payment.
  • 4.2 Agreement of Sale Delivery: For the "Drafting of Agreement of Sale" package, if the user requires stamping and physical delivery, an extra ₹500/- needs to be paid to our delivery agent (the Agreement of Sale will be printed on a ₹200/- Stamp Paper). If delivery is not required, the user can get the agreement stamped themselves.

5. User Responsibilities & Document Verification

Users must provide accurate and authentic documents. Aadhaar cards provided for registration purposes must NOT be masked, as full Aadhaar details are legally required to be filled in the Sale/Mortgage/Gift Deeds.

For Title Reports, a written report of the last 15 years will be provided within 7 working days of document submission. Once the report is shared, our lawyer will call the user to personally advise whether the property is legally safe to purchase.
