Required Documents

1. Aadhar and Pan Card of Both the Buyers and Sellers (Masked Aadhaar Cards should not be shared as all the details of Aadhar should be filled in the Sale Deed).
2. Current Owner Sale Deed
3. Mobile Numbers (of Both the Buyers and Sellers)
4. Building Permit Copy and Occupancy Certificate/ BRS Certificate
5. Property Tax Receipt which is on current owner Name
6. Bank Loan Disbursed DD/Cheque (if you are availing home loan)
7. Total Transaction details with all details ie Amount, Date and Transaction Reference numbers (In Ms-Word Format)

Terms and Conditions

  • 1. If we are unable to provide the Registration Process because of Lack of Documents, we shall deduct an amount of 1000/- and refund the remaining amount paid with in 15 days of intimation of such cancellation.
  • 2. If the Registration does not happen due to defect in the title, the company shall bear no liability and shall not refund any amount.
  • 3. Applicable stamp duty payable to Government shall be paid by the user, and we shall guide the process of payment.
  • 4. Registration Slots will be booked as per the availability of the Slots in the Registration Portal.
  • 5. Sometimes the registrations will be postponed due to non-availability of server/in some emergencies/etc, in any of those cases, the slots will be rebooked as per the availability of the Slots and the Registration shall be completed.
  • 6. For any objections raised by the Sub Registrar of SRO/Govt Official during the registration, the Company shall not be responsible.
