Required Documents

1.	Aadhar and Pan Card of Both the Buyers and Sellers (Masked Aadhaar Cards should not be shared as all the details of Aadhar should be filled in the Sale Deed).
2.	Current Owner Sale Deed
3.	Mobile Numbers (of Both the Buyers and Sellers)
4.	Building Permit Copy and Occupancy Certificate/ BRS Certificate
5.	Property Tax Receipt which is on current owner Name
6.	Bank Loan Disbursed DD/Cheque (if you are availing home loan)
7.	Total Transaction details with all details ie Amount, Date and Transaction Reference numbers (In Ms-Word Format)

1. If the registration process cannot be undertaken due to non-availability or insufficiency of the required documents, a service charge of ₹1,000 will be deducted, and the balance amount will be refunded within 15 days from the date of cancellation intimation.
2. If the registration cannot be completed due to any defect, dispute, or deficiency in the property title, the Company shall not be liable, and no refund will be provided.
3. All applicable stamp duty, registration charges, and other government fees shall be paid separately by the user. The Company will provide guidance regarding the payment process.
4. The registration slot will be booked subject to availability on the official Registration Department portal.
5. Registration may be postponed due to server issues, technical difficulties, government restrictions, administrative reasons, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond the Company’s control. In such cases, a fresh slot will be booked based on availability.
6. The Company shall not be responsible for any objection, refusal, delay, or additional requirement raised by the Sub-Registrar, SRO, Registration Department, or any other government authority during the registration process.
