Terms and Conditions

  • 1. If the registration process cannot be undertaken due to non-availability or insufficiency of the required documents, a service charge of ₹1,000 will be deducted, and the balance amount will be refunded within 15 days from the date of cancellation intimation.
  • 2. If the registration cannot be completed due to any defect, dispute, or deficiency in the property title, the Company shall not be liable, and no refund will be provided.
  • 3. All applicable stamp duty, registration charges, and other government fees shall be paid separately by the user. The Company will provide guidance regarding the payment process.
  • 4. The registration slot will be booked subject to availability on the official Registration Department portal.
  • 5. Registration may be postponed due to server issues, technical difficulties, government restrictions, administrative reasons, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond the Company’s control. In such cases, a fresh slot will be booked based on availability.
  • 6. The Company shall not be responsible for any objection, refusal, delay, or additional requirement raised by the Sub-Registrar, SRO, Registration Department, or any other government authority during the registration process.
