Terms and Conditions

1. If the registration process cannot be undertaken due to non-availability or insufficiency of the required documents, a service charge of ₹1,000 will be deducted, and the balance amount will be refunded within 15 days from the date of cancellation intimation.
2. If the registration cannot be completed due to any defect, dispute, or deficiency in the property title, the Company shall not be liable, and no refund will be provided.
3. All applicable stamp duty, registration charges, and other government fees shall be paid separately by the user. The Company will provide guidance regarding the payment process.
4. The General Power of Attorney document will be submitted to the concerned District Registrar’s Office for adjudication and, upon completion, will be handed over to the Power of Attorney holder.
5. The Company shall not be responsible for any objection, refusal, delay, or additional requirement raised by the Sub-Registrar, SRO, Registration Department, or any other government authority during the registration process.
