1.	Aadhar and Pan Card of Both the Buyers and Sellers (Masked Aadhaar Cards should not be provided as all the details of Aadhar should be filled in the Sale Deed).
2.	Current Owner Sale Deed.
3.	Mobile Numbers (of Both the Buyers and Sellers)
4.	Building Permit Copy
5.	Occupancy Certificate
6.	Property Tax Receipt which is on current owner Name
7.	Bank Loan Disbursed DD/Cheque (if you are availing home loan)

1. If we are unable to provide the Registration Process because of Lack of Documents, we shall deduct an amount of 1000/- and refund the remaining amount paid with in 15 days of intimation of such cancellation.
